Cholent
Ingredients:
8 –12 oz Cholet Beans (or mix of different beans)
2-3 lbs. Short Ribs
2-3 T Soup Powder
½ C BBQ Sauce (smoked flavor is best)
1 Onion, cut up
Water
3-4 potatoes, peeled & cut up
Ground Pepper
1 T Garlic Powder
Directions:
Soak beans for at least an hour in water. Spray crock pot with Pam. Add all ingredients and blend well. Add water, just enough to cover mixture. Cook on high for at least 18 hours, stirring occasionally to mix flavors. May add more meat or potatoes to taste.
