2 T Olive Oil
1 T Kosher Salt
1 T Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic
1 T Onion Powder
1 T Oregano
1 Cauliflower Head, broken into florets
Heat oil and spices in large frying pan. Add Cauliflower pieces and turn flame on medium until cauliflower browns. Stir Infrequently so cauliflower browns but enough to ensure all cooks.
Note: Cauliflower will shrink in size significantly, recipe may be doubled.
