Nut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1C Peanut Butter, Almond Butter or Sun Butter

• 3/4C Honey

• 1 1/2C Oatmeal

• 2 Eggs

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop teaspoon full of batter into a cupcake paper to create a solid cookie shape. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
