Cholent
Ingredients:
8 –12 oz Cholent Beans (or mix of different beans)
2-3 lbs. Short Ribs
2-3 T Soup Powder
½ C BBQ Sauce (smoked flavor is best, select Gluten Free brand)
1 -2 Onions, cut up
Water
3-4 potatoes, peeled & cut up
1 T Salt
1 t Ground Pepper
1 T Garlic Powder
Instructions:
Soak beans in water overnight to avoid gas.
Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Add all ingredients and blend well. Add water, just enough to cover mixture. Cook on high for at least 18 hours, stirring occasionally to mix flavors.
May add more meat or potatoes to taste.
