Cucumber Salad


3 Cucumbers

1/4C Dill, snipped

1C Cider Vinegar

2T sugar

1/2t Salt

Dash Pepper

Dill Sprigs


Wash cucumbers and slice thinly into large bowl. Add snipped dill. In 2 cup measuring cup, combine vinegar, 1/4C water, sugar salt and pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cucumbers.

Refrigerate covered until well chilled -- at least 1 hour. Garnish with dill
