Dijon Roasted Broccoli


1 lb Broccoli Florets, fresh

1/4 C Olive Oil

2 T Dijon Mustard

1/2 T Lemon Juice, from fresh Lemons

1 t Salt

1/2 t Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Lay the broccoli out on the cookie sheet.

In a separate bowl, whisk the oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss the dressing over the broccoli to combine evenly.

Pour dressing over the broccoli. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
