Creamed Spinach


6 Pkgs. Frozen Chopped Spinach

3 Large Onions

1/4 Lb. Margarine

5-6T flour

Non-Dairy Creamer or Unsweetened Almond Milk

1t Sugar

1/2t Nutmeg


Cook spinach until tender. Save liquid. Saute onions in margarine until well done. Add flour and brown in onion mixture Add liquids and make a cream sauce.

Pour mix into blender or food processor until desired texture is reached. Add seasoning and serve. May be frozen.
