Passover Rolls


1 ½ C Cake Meal

½ t Salt

2 T Sugar

1 ½ C Water

½ C Oil

7 Eggs


Pre-heat oven to 400º

Boil water and oil, stir in dry ingredients and stir constantly until ball forms and sides are clean. Cool slight, add eggs, one by one and mix well until smooth. With wet hands shape into small rolls and bake in bake in greased muffin pan/tins ¾ full for about 50 minutes until slightly browned.
