Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

1 16 Can Red Salmon - Boned

4 Eggs

1 C Sour Cream

1 C Crushed Cornflakes

2 T Green Onions, Minced

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Remove bones from Salmon. Mix all ingredients into patties. Cook in well greased frying pan until browned, approximately 5 minutes per side.
