Veal Breast in Cantonese Sauce

Ingredients:

3-4 lb. Veal Roast or Whole Chicken

4T Soy Sauce

¾ C Ketchup

¾ C Water

2 T Vinegar

½ C Brown Sugar

1 Chopped Onion

1 Clove Garlic

Season Salt

Directions:

Mix above ingredients. Pour over 3-4 lbs. Veal or Chicken. Allow to marinate for 1 hour or more. Cook until meat/chicken is cooked through.
