Almond Cookies


1 Cup Almond Butter
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
Powdered Sugar


Pre-heat oven to 350°F. 

In a mixer, add Almond Butter, Eggs and Sugar. Blend until thick. Depending on the oiliness of the Almond butter, you may or may not need to add flour. Batter should be thick enough to shape. 

On a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, shape tablespoon of dough into a crescent shaped cookie. Each cookie should be about 2 inches apart. 

Bake for approximately 20 minutes until looks lightly browned. Sprinkly with powdered sugar, if desired.
