Blintz Souffle

Ingredients:

2 pkg. Frozen Blintzes (any flavor)

4 T Margarine

4 Eggs

8 oz. Sour Cream

1/2 C Sugar

1 t Vanilla

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 375°.

Melt the margarine in an oven-proof casserole. Place blintzes in a single layer on the melted margarine. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over blintzes. Bake for 45 minutes.
