Raspberry Cookie Bars


1/2 C packed Light Brown Sugar

1 C Matzo Cake Flour

1/4 t Baking Soda

1/8 t Salt

2 C Matzo Farfel

1/2 C Butter or Margarine

3/4 C Seedless Raspberry Jelly


Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease 8" square or round pan

Combine all dry ingredients. Set aside.

Melt butter/margarine in saucepan.

Place 3/4 of mixture into pan. Pour 1/2 of butter/margarine over mixture. Spread jelly over mixture. Pour remaining crumbly mixture over jelly and press down into jelly. Pour remaining margarine/butter over top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes in oven or until lightly browned. Allow to cool before cutting into mixture.
