Yerushalmi Kugel


3/4 C Margarine

1 C Sugar

3/4 t Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 t Salt

12 oz. Fine Noodles

2 Eggs

4 T Dark Brown Sugar

1 1/2 T Vegetable Oil


Pre-Heat oven to 350F. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a pot, bring water, margarine, sugar, pepper and salt to a boil. Turn off heat, stir in noodles. Cover pot and let stand 12-15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, brown sugar and vegetable oil. Add eggs mix to noodle mix. Recover the pot and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours. Remove from pan immediately when done.
