Pumpkin Pie

Pie Ingredients:

2C Pureed Pumpkin

1t Cinnamon

1/2C Light Brown Sugar

3/4C Non-dairy Creamer (Unsweetened Almond Milk)

2T Margarine, Melted

2 Eggs, Beaten

Pre-Made Graham Cracker Crust

Topping:

3T Margarine, Melted

1/2C Brown Sugar

1/3C Flour

Directions:

In large bowl, mix pie ingredients well. Pour into pie crust. In separate bowl, mix topping ingredients. Crumble with fingers and sprinkle over pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Note: May substitute Sweet Potatoes for Pumpkin
