Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
1 C Flour
2 t Salt
½ t Pepper
4 t Paprika
3 Cut-up Chickens
1 C Margarine
Lemon Sauce:
3 T Soy Sauce
1 t Salt and 1 t Pepper
¾ C Salad Oil
1 ½ C Lemon Juice
1/3 C Grated Lemon Peel
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400°.
Combine flour and seasoning; coat chicken pieces evenly. Arrange chicken, skin side down, in a single layer on shallow baking pan. Drizzle chicken liberally with margarine.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn Chicken; pour lemon sauce over chicken and lower heat to 350°. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and tender.
