1 C Coconut Flakes
1 C Raw Almonds, Chopped
1 C Raw Walnuts, Chopped
1 C Raw Pecans
½ C Unsweetened Banana Chips
1 T Cinnamon
1 T Vanilla
1 T Avocado Oil
2/3 C Pure Maple Syrup
Pinch Of Sea Salt
1 C Almond Flour
Pre-heat Oven To 325F.
In a large bowl, add chopped nuts (if whole, chop them together). Add Coconut, Raisins and Banana Chips. Mix very well.
Add Almond Flour and mix again.
In a small bowl, whisk together, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Oil and Salt.
Pour over nut mix and mix well.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and spread mixtre out evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes and turn the mixture as best you can. Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 30 minutes.
