No Boil Lasagna
1 ½ C Water
32 oz. Marinara Sauce
16 oz. Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
8 oz Ricotta Cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
½ C Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine sauce and water in bowl. Cover bottom of baking dish with 1 ½ C of sauce and arrange layer of uncooked noodles to end. Break pieces to fit dish. Speed ½ of each cheese over noodles – sprinkle with 2 T of parmesan cheese. Repeat noodles and remainder of cheeses and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with noodles. Pour sauce over top and ¼ C parmesan cheese. Cover pan lightly with foil and layer over rack with foil.
Bake for one hour or until knife goes through easily.
