1C BBQ Sauce
1 (3-4-pound) Second Cut Brisket
1t Garlic Powder
1 Large Onion, sliced
1/2t Kosher Salt
Preheat oven to 325º.
In a small bowl, mix spices together; sprinkle them all over meat. Place onion slices into a roasting pan large enough to hold the meat. Place seasoned meat onto onions. Pour barbecue sauce over meat. Cover tightly; roast for three hours, until tender. Cool slightly; using two forks, shred meat. Maybe served with fries.
