1 Bottle Bennett's Chili Sauce
1/2 Bottle Water (from Chili Sauce)
3/4 C Brown Sugar
2 T Lemon Juice
Pre-heat oven to 325F.
Mix all of the liquid ingredients.
Remove plastic from Salami. Partially slice the salami into ¼-inch thick slices, making sure the cuts do not go all the way through. Use chopsticks to help cut the salami.
Coat the salami with sauce. Bake in glass dish uncovered for 2 hours.
