Ingredients:
1 Egg
½ C Canola Oil
1 C Cider Vinegar
1t Salt
½ t Pepper
Cayenne Pepper to taste
½ t Garlic Powder
½ t Celery Salt
2 lbs. Chicken Wings
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450°.
Beat eggs add oil and beat until combined. Add vinegar, salt and both peppers, garlic and celery salt. Stir until well mixed.
Cut wings in ½, at joint, discard tip. Dip wings in sauce and arrange on baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, Turn and brush several times until crisp.
