5-6 Onions, sliced
2/3 C Butter or Margarine (Vegan)
Dash of salt
Dash of Garlic Powder
½ t dry mustard
Dash Thyme and Parsley
Pinch White Pepper
1Q Chicken or Vegetable (Vegan) Broth
1T Soy Sauce
3T White or Red Wine
Optional:
Mozzarella Cheese
Croutons
Cook down onions in butter.
Add dry ingredients first, then liquids.
Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
If desired, serve with mozzarella cheese and croutons, baked in cruet or crock dish.
