Tri-Color Gefilte Fish


2 Frozen Gefilte Fish Loaves

1 Frozen Salmon Loaf

2 T Fresh Dill, chopped

1 Lemon or Juice equivalent


Defrost fish in wrapper.

Preheat oven to 350°. Heavily spray 9” spring form pan with Pam.

Unwrap defrosted loaves. Add dill and lemon juice into one of the loaves, mix well. Using a spatula, spread the plain fish loaf into an even layer on the bottom of the pan. Top with even layer of salmon. On top of salmon, spread fish/dill/lemon mixture.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for one hour until solid. Let cool and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumbers. Serve very cold, with horseradish.
