Pecan Noodle Ring


1/2 C Margarine, solid

1 C Brown Sugar

1 C Pecan Halves

4 Eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 C Margarine, melted

2/3 C Sugar

1 t Cinnamon

1 lb Medium Egg Noodles, cooked


Pre-heat oven to 350F.

Mix solid margarine and brown sugar until well-blended. Spread on sides and bottom of 9-10 cup ring mold. Press pecans into mixture along bottom of pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into mold. Bake 1 hour. After baking, loosen with a knife and turn over gently onto a platter and serve. Great for Rosh Hashana!
