Hummus

Ingredients:

3 cans of Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas

3T Lemon Juice

1T Vegetable Oil

1T Olive Oil

2T Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 Clove Garlic

1t salt

1T Chopped Parsley

1t Paprika

Note: 2 Heaping Tablespoons of well-mixed Tahini base may be substituted for oils and sesame.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients (except parsley and paprika) in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Garnish with parsley and paprika.

Serve in pocket of pita bread or with triangles of toasted pita. Also great with cut vegetables.
