Spelt Challah

Ingredients:

5LB Bag of Spelt flour @vitaspelt

5C of Warm Water

4T of Active Dry Yeast

1C of Avocado oil

1C + 1T of Coconut Sugar

4T of Salt

1 Whole Egg

1 Egg, beaten

Directions:

Combine the 5C of warm water with 1Tof coconut sugar and 4Tof yeast and let it bubble for 5-10 minutes.

Add the remaining sugar, salt, flour, oil & egg.

Knead until a smooth dough is formed. Rub with oil and cover with a damp towel & let It rise for 1 hour. Once risen shape and let It rise for another 30 minutes.

Brush with egg wash and desired toppings and bake on 350 for 40 minutes.
