Vegetable Noodle Kugel
Ingredients:
2 lb. Bag of Medium Noodles
4 Eggs
4T Vegetable Oil
2T Chicken Soup Powder
3T Dried Soup Greens
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Boil and drain noodles.
While noodles are boiling, mix other ingredients. Mix into drained noodles. Bake in oiled glass dish for 40 minutes or until bottom is browned. Slice while warm.
