Overnight Egg White Cookies

Ingredients:

4 Egg Whites

1 t Vanilla

1/2 t Cream of Tartar

1 C Sugar

1 C Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Add vanilla to egg whites and beat until just foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.

Slowly add in sugar while continuing to beat until all sugar is added and tall stiff peaks have formed. Gently fold in chocolate chips.

Portion out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. One batch should make 30-50 cookies,

Place all cookies into oven at once and immediately shut oven off. Wake up to a delicious treat!

**Store baked cookies in an airtight container at room temp!

*Do not make these on a rainy or very humid day!
