Vegetable Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 C Water
32 oz. Tomato Sauce
1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
3 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
10 oz. Frozen Spinach , drained
1 t Salt
1 t Oregano
1/8 t Pepper
9-12 Lasagna Noodles, uncooked
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13” pan with Pam.
Mix everything except noodles. Layer noodles and sauce, alternating layers – starting with noodles on bottom. Bake for 75 minutes.
Done when knife goes through lasagna.
