Curried Chicken


3-4 Medium Onions, sliced very thin

2-3T Curry Powder

Non-stick Spray

Salt and Pepper

Whole Chicken or Pieces


Pre-heat oven to 350°.

Spray 9x13 pans with non-stick spray and layer with ½ of the onions. Sprinkle liberally with curry. Layer chicken on top of onions. Salt and pepper chicken. Sprinkle chicken with curry, layer remaining onions on top and sprinkle more curry. Spray top with Non-stick spray.

If using whole chicken, stuff bird with onions and curry. Try to get some under skin as well.

Bake for 60-75 minutes until done (whole bird may take longer).
