2 C Packed Brown Sugar
2 C Flour
½ C Margarine or Butter
1 t Baking Powder
½ t Salt
1 t Vanilla
1C Milk (Almond or Regular)
8 oz. Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°, grease 9X13 pan.
Mix flour and sugar, cut in margarine until coarse crumbs appear. Set aside.
In bowl add: Baking Powder, salt and remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth batter forms. Pour into pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
Bake 35 minutes, cool on wire rack. Cut into bars.
