Baked Gefilte Fish
2 Loaves Frozen Gefilte Fish
Non-Stick Spray Oil
1-2 Onions, sliced thin
Dried Soup Greens
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Spray covered glass casserole dish (top and bottom) with non-stick spray. Lay ½ onions on the bottom of the casserole dish. Lay fish on top of onions. Season fish with a generous amount of dried soup greens. Spray fish with Pam, lay remaining onions on top, and spray with Pam again.
Bake for 60-90 minutes, until fish has expanded and is browned. Cool to room temperature before refrigerating; fish will deflate upon cooling. Slice and serve cold.
