Baked Gefilte Fish
2 Loaves Frozen Gefilte Fish
Non-Stick Spray Oil
1-2 Onions, sliced thin
Dried Soup Greens
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Spray covered glass casserole dish (top and bottom) with non-stick spray. Lay ½ onions on bottom of dish. Lay fish on top of onions. Season fish with generous amount of dried soup greens. Spray fish with Pam, lay remaining onions on top and spray with Pam again.
Bake for 60-90 minutes, until fish has expanded and is browned. Cool to room temperature before refrigerating; fish will deflate upon cooling. Slice and serve cold.
