Roast Turkey

Ingredients:

Turkey, any size

6-8 Cloves Garlic

1 C Honey

1 C White Wine

2 T Paprika

2-3 Apples

2-3 Onions

2 Oranges

1 t Salt

1 t Pepper

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350°.

In blender, mix 4 garlic cloves, honey, wine and paprika.

Put in cavity: Cut up apples, cut up onions, remaining garlic cloves and cut up oranges. Baste turkey, inside and out, with blended ingredients.

Cook according to package directions or 15 minutes per pound, basting every two hours, throughout cooking time. After removing from oven, allow to cool for about 45 minutes before slicing to bring out juices.
