Forgotten Chicken

Ingredients:

1 ½ C Uncooked Rice

2 C Mushroom Soup

¾ C Unsweetened Almond Milk

¼ C Water

1C Canned Mushrooms, drained

½ C Sherry

3-4 Garlic Cloves

2 Chickens cut-up

8 T Onion Soup Powder

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350°.

In saucepan, heat rice, soup, creamer, water, mushrooms, sherry, and garlic. Blend well.

Drag chicken in onion soup. Sprinkle extra over chicken, after next step.

Pour rice mixture in greased roasting pan. Place seasoned chicken on top. Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for another 45 minutes, until brown. If using brown rice, use additional water.
