Ingredients:
2½ lbs. baby potatoes, halved
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
½–1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. black papper
Directions:
Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain well.
Transfer to a bowl and toss with olive oil, all spices, salt & pepper.
Spread on a foil lined baking tray in a single layer.
Bake at 450°F for 20–25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Roast until golden, crispy, and delicious!
