Ramen Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
3-4 lb.London Broil
1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4-5 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Maple Syrup or Honey
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary
3 Ramen Noodle Soup Packages - any flavor
1 can Sliced Mushrooms
1 large Onion, chopped into small pieces
Directions:
In a ziploc bag, mix 1/4C oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper and rosemary. Then add the meat to the bag and allow to marinate for 3-4 hours or more. Turn bag over periodically if possible
While the meat is marinating, or when you are ready, make the three ramen packages, as instructed on package. Drain noodles. You can sae the broth if needed.
Add 2 Tablespoons of oil to frying pan and cook meat until desired doneness. Turn it frequently so as not to burn the meat. Once the meat is done, remove it and slice it.
Cook the mushrooms and onions in the juice from the meat until browned and softened.
Layer a 9x12 pan with baking paper. Add noodles to pan. Then add sliced meat on top of the ramen, and then add the mushroom and onions on top of the meat. Serve or warm for meal.
