Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients:

5 Zucchinis, grated and dried

1 Carrot (optional)

2 Chopped Onions

¾ C Matzo Cake Meal or 1 C Flour

¾ C Potatoes Starch or 1 C Flour

¾ C Vegetable Oil

¾ C Water

3 Eggs

1 T Chicken Soup Powder

Salt

Pepper


Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350°. Fill about 24 muffin pans with muffin liners.

Mix all ingredients and put in muffin tins.

Bake for 30 minutes until browned.
